Intro.

Fire, just spits over an old Ja rule beat 'Dial M for Murder' which is a hot beat and Cam smashes it, spits for the whole track no chorus's just straight lyrics love this opener. Talks about where he's comin from basically. where he's been where's he's upto to that point. Have to say it again, sick.
More Gangsata Music
4-stars.png
This beat is the shit, heatmakerz did some wild shit for cam and the set back in the day, and this is just one of many. Juelz is on for most of it spiitin hard lyrics and basically soundin great over this beat his style suits it well. Then cam comes in and finishes it off nicely. One word, Fire. The only reason why I rate the first higher is because its less commercial.
Get Down
2andhalfstars.png
Not a great one this beat is a bit boring really. Cam doesn't really rescue it. Not bad, skippable.
Welcome to purple haze (skit)
Some white dude talkin shit about cam quite amusing I guess I wont bother rating it tho no point.
Killa Kam
4andhalfstars.png
Love this hard based beat, a slow basy track with african vocals in the background singin Killa Kam. Sounds fuckin good. Cam spits about him, ice and all that fly shit, quality track, one I'll never tire of. Oh, Heatmakerz produced it too.
Leave Me Alone Pt2
3andhalfstars.png
Loved part 1 on come home with me, this one aint quite as good lyrically from Cam, but the beat is dark, and frantic. Nice strings that give it the baseline, wicked. Makes you want to break something. haha.
Down And Out
3andhalfstars.png
Produced by Kanye West. I like this track alot, Cam'ron is lyrically one of my favourite rap artists, and he shows his ability on this one. A nice upbeat sound combined with some lyrical genius puts this track up there.
Harlem Streets
2andhalfstars.png
Bit of a weird one this, not sure if I like it or not, the beat is strange for a hip hop album but for that reason I find it listenable. The track kinda takes a back seat while cam spits over it. Again, lyrics are tight and the subject matter contrasts with the mood of the track which is pretty amusing, i think its done intentionally.
Rude Boy (skit)
When I first heard this i pissed myself. A yardie calls cam and has a go at him for 'diggin out' his girl! lol, its for real too you can tell by the tone of the whole phonecall. Cam ends the conversation by mockingly saying 'ay yo, kiss my ass bloodclat'. Funny.
Girls
2andhalfstars.png
This track takes commercial to a whole new level. Its a pretty gay track, although cams amusing lyrics about how guys try to cling to birds that are hoes prevent it from being a cheesy disaster.
I'm a chicken head (skit)
Some bird that cams been knobbing going scitzo on him for some reason or another. Although the bird is god damn annoying blasting down the phone at him, cams contrasting relaxed attitude infuriates her further making this another amusing skit and obviously sets up subject of the next track.
Harlem soap opera
2-stars.png
Not great, cams spits about how women are always buggin basically. Beats a bit shit really, not much to this one, amusing in places.
O.T. (skit)
Cam gets a bird to go on the road with him despite her having kids to look after. It ends by her saying 'Ye my grandma can watch 'em' Slut. lol.
Bubble Music
2andhalfstars.png
A jamaican guy on the hook givin this beat that carribbean vibe. I usually like that kind of shit, but the beat don't really do it for me, its a bit all over the place. Cam usually flows well over anything but this beat doesn't help at all, basically talks complete rubbish on this one and really doesn't go anywhere. Guitar riff is kinda cool though.
More Reasons
2andhalfstars.png
This one is aiit. A nostalgic track where cam spits about his trials and tribs lyrics as usual are pretty on point. Nice vocals by some dude - Chad Wes Hamilton. Not bad.
The Block (skit)
Skit of cam on the block and Jimmy introduces a new buyer who cam doesn't trust cos he's white. Ends there pretty much.
The Dope Man
2-stars.png
They take it back to an old school west side beat for this to fit the title. Again not bad but not very original so i can't really rate it that high cos to be honest Jims wack hook ruins it for me.
Family Ties
2andhalfstars.png
Has that trademark Dipset sound high pitched dubbed singin from Nicole Wray on the hook. Beat was by skitzo. This aint bad but I think its overrated to be honest. The hook kind of brings it together but the song as a whole doesn't do enough for me.
Adrenaline
4andhalfstars.png
I fuckin love this track dark and twisted. Psycho drama kills it at the beginning with his dark lyrics and a voice to match. Then Twista comes in with his fast flow for a nice contrast in pace between him and Psycho Drama. Twista kills it still not sure who has the best of it between him an Cam. Cam shows his dynamics here he comes in with a speeded up style that works well before settling back to his usual slow flow. Overall a great track, gets your head boppin every time, unavoidable. Badass.
Hey Lady

For some reason I like this track. Partly cos the lyrics are pretty funny in alot of places. Freekey Zeekey gets on the hook, didn't think that would work but it does. The beat is slow and quite upbeat. With an eighties drum loop thrown in. Enjoyable.
Shake
3-stars.png
This beat is choppy and broken, doesn't do alot but makes way for Cam and JR to spit their shit over it. Weird ass hook buts not a bad track to listen to lyrically. JR makes it better than it would have been. He's always got something to bring to a dip track.
Get Em Girls
2andhalfstars.png
This is another overrated track in my eyes. Its alright I don't really understand the hook. Just seems thrown in. However the lyrics are pretty good on this one.
Dip Set Forever
3andhalfstars.png
I like this track, has a nostalgic feel I'm a big fan of that kind of looking back nostalgia shit. Lyrics are on point and cams style fits well with the beat. Again high pitched singin over the baseline. Sounds good. Powerful hook to match.
Take em to church
3-stars.png
Like this track Un-casa gets on it but not for long enough cos he goes hard on here would have been good to hear more on here. Basically they're dissing Mace for abandoning the hood. Its an interesting one. Juelz on the hook. Quite an asmospheric one with plenty of strings.
Overall
3andhalfstars.png
I like this album there's only a couple of tracks I'd skip now, and that's pretty good since I been listening to it for a while now. I'm a big fan of Cam and the set and this album is amusing interesting lyrical and strange in places too. The score could be a bit harsh cos this is still one of my favourite albums for the lyrics especially.
