Different fonts:
www.DaFont.Com Download one Extract from Zip Copy the .tiff or whatever file into MyComputer>>C Drive>>Windows>>Fonts
Borders:
New Layer Ctrl+A Edit>>Stroke
It ain't too bad for a first attempt, but how comes you made tweety see through? Perhaps don't make it so much one colour.
TBH i wanna give you some good feed but can't think of much so i hope those 2 tips i gave help

TO MAKE A BOARDER-
Click on last layer (top layer)--->New Layer (Layer->New->New Layer), Then click on ya Rectangle Marquee Tool (next to your Move Arrow Tool). You will see a bar with different options. Goto Fixed Size. Now my pieces are usually 400x150. So I enter the dimensions of 398x148 for the Marquee tool. Then i click in the document. You will see your selection, i use the arrow keys to center it just right then Right Click--->Stroke. Enter in about 3px of Black. AND TAH DAH!
TO GET FONTS-
GOTO DaFont.Com. Now i have vista..so for some odd reason my Windows Font file wont take Zip Files. So i had to set up a Seperate file and i called it PS FONTS. I D/L the font there. Then I Find the font in the file and Right click ---> Extract. Once it opens up, i move it to my Windows Font File. Then i click the refresh button to that file. Do this with PS closed so when you open PS up its already selectable. AND TAH DAH!
As for the sig, its not bad. If you need help with anything hit me up on AIM via RIDEZ87 or MSN via Grapik87@hotmail.com.

tweety is only see through in a couple of em to see if it helped blend better because in the first one it didnt look blended enough with the blending i did.... then the others i put her under my dust like effect layer.... and i kept reducing the dust till the last one where it makes it look like tweety has some dirt or dust on his head like tweety just got in a fight, and its one colour because i used 9 layers of different colour gradient maps with soft light to help blend and the main one was yellow, i know some more tricks i will use tonite thanks for help

I woulda made him more opaque and not let the backround show through.. Fuck around with blending and other renders too man... Pretty good fo a first try really.. U'll come along quickly if U keep up at this rate.
