So i was reading a reply to one of the replies to a post Peep it here. Basically the thread is about a former KKK member apologizing for giving a beatdown like half a century ago. Anyways, Elrod's reply was to the effect of "fuck watching this, fuck the KKK". So i gotta wonder, when don't you forgive someone?

Well.. 4real No Matter Wat Someone Does 2 U.. NO MATTER WAT.. Ur "Supposed" 2 Be Able 2 Forgive Em.. I Choose 2 Forgive.. But Aint Nobody Ever Told Me Tha Time Im Suppose 2 Forgive.. So With That Said I Get Bac At Em.. & When I Aint Feelin It No More Maybe A Few Yearz Or Decades From Now Maybe I Could Forgive.. Besides Nobody Can Stay Mad 4ever..

^Truth. I try to forgive everyone for everything, but certain things hurt more than others and take longer to heal. And ain't no sense apologising or accepting an apology just for the sake of it, if you don't really want to. That's just pointless.

Yeah, exactly what I said. Saying you forgive someone is a front to let the moment die.
Some guy kills your family, only you left because you weren't home at the time. You know who's done it, and his reason for doing it was that he was bored. Would you forgive that? ..I think not.
EDIT: I saw that Krazie edited his post with a situation after I posted that ^ lol. EDIT: Now he's deleted his post. Lol.

im a aswer this one like this, "u can forgive but u cant forget," forgiveness cannot happen if you dont forget.... they cant co-exist... therefore if u think about it, forgiveness does not exist in our world at this current time frame...

Honestly, I Find it easy nto forgive some1, I mean i'll drop it, but if some1 does something stupid and kills your family are you really to blame for not forgiving them?

^People seem to be missing something though, if someone does not want forgiveness, or doesn't care what they've done, then they don't deserve it. So in that case, i can understand not forgiving someone. BUT in my humble opinion, being able to forgive someone who's truly sorry no matter what they've done would be the most noble of feats.

Forgiveness... meh, it's like Connor said, usually it's just used to let the moment die.
Althou I usually forgive most shit, never really got confronted with something that wud take itself to the heart.
